24 Hour Smoked Angus Brisket is covered with a secret dry rub then smoked under our care for 24 hours to perfection. Never dry! Brisket is served at a carving station and accompanied by our selection of homemade BBQ sauces.

Mouth-watering, tender pork is covered with a secret dry rub then smoked under our care for 24 hours to perfection. Never dry! Pork is pulled fresh for each guest. Pulled pork is accompanied by our selection of homemade BBQ sauces.

Your choice of two of our finest smoked meats. 24 Hour Smoked Angus Brisket, 100% all beef sausage or 24 hour smoked Pulled Pork. FAJITA PLATE
Beef, chicken, or a combination of fajitas accompanied with authentic Mexican rice, borracho beans, fajita veggies, cheese, crema Mexicana, Pico de Gallo and guacamole. Each plate will include warm flour or corn tortillas.
ROAST BEEF WITH AU JUS AND BLUEBERRY HORSERADISH
Smoked Roast Beef is carved gracefully for each of your guests and accompanied by homemade au jus or our blueberry horseradish. Created by us and enjoyed by all.
PRIME RIB PLATE
Our Prime Rib is cooked to medium rare, keeping it juicy and tender. Guests have the pleasure of experiencing a carving station.
RIB-EYE PLATE
Juicy 8oz rib-eye covered with a garlic butter sauce that will be carved in front of your guests.
SALMON
Baked Salmon drizzled with a lemon dill sauce.
