STUFFED CHICKEN
Moist chicken filled with delicious cheeses and jalapeno and wrapped in bacon. Baked to perfection! (ask about Boudin stuffed chicken)
FAJITA PLATE
Beef, chicken, or a combination accompanied with authentic Mexican rice, Charro beans, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, Pico de Gallo and guacamole. Each plate will include warm flour and/or corn tortillas.
SMOKED ROAST BEEF
Smoked Roast Beef is carved for each of your guests and accompanied by its au jus or our blueberry horseradish.
PRIME RIB PLATE
Our Prime Rib is cooked to medium rare, keeping it juicy and tender. Served at a carving station and with au jus and blueberry horseradish options.
SALMON
Baked Salmon marinated to perfection and drizzled with a lemon dill sauce.
